Delivery Policy

For Services:

1. Centurion Consulting LLC shall send the payment confirmation by email as soon as the proceeds are credited to our account.

2. The payment confirmation shall be sent in two phases:

a. When the payment process has been initiated.

b. A Final Receipt shall be sent once the funds have been credited in the account.

3. The clients can avail the service in the following 3 ways:

a. Personal Consultation

b. Through Email

c. Through Telephone / Mobile Calls

Multiple/ Monthly Retainers/ Orders / Bookings

‘’The multiple booking/orders/retainers may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement to reflect different services availed or retainers signed up’’

No Refund Policy -

Please note that all the service orders placed and paid are non-refundable. They can be adjusted against other services within a period of 6 months from the date of such payment.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation Policy will not be applicable, since its only on the email confirmation from the client that the payments would be accepted. While there will be no refunds on account of cancellation, the amounts paid can be adjusted towards other services that the client may wish to avail within a period of 6 months from the date of payment.
